At ordinary times, the fire glass ball is fixed on the nozzle body by oblique fulcrum such as support, positioning plate and adjusting screw, and subjected to hydrostatic sealing test of 1.2MPa ~ 3Mpa. After a fire, the fire glass ball will respond quickly and release under the action of heat, the ball seat and support will fall off, and large flow of water will be sprayed into the protection area, so as to extinguish the fire and restrain the fire.

Concealed sprinkler
The product is composed of a glass ball nozzle (1), a screw sleeve seat (2), an outer cover seat (3) and an outer cover (4). The nozzle and screw socket are installed on the pipeline of the pipe network together, and then the cover is installed. The outer cover base and the outer cover are welded into a whole by fusible alloy. In case of fire, when the ambient temperature rises and reaches the melting point of fusible alloy, the outer cover will fall off automatically. With the continuous increase of temperature, the nozzle glass ball in the cover will be broken due to the expansion of temperature sensitive liquid, so as to start the nozzle to spray water automatically.
